2. How can I purchase tickets for the event?
Tickets can be purchased online through monsooncamp.com and tix-box.com starting 21st September 2024.
3. How can I secure an early bird promotion?
Be one of the first 300 to book your 3-day entry tickets with merchandise purchase to enjoy the early bird promotion.
4. Can I make bulk orders for tickets, merchandise, and camping?
Yes, you can! When purchasing multiple tickets or merchandise items, simply select the quantities during checkout on the website. However, only one campsite entry can be purchased per person. Friends sharing the tent will still need to purchase their own 3-day entry tickets.

The surfing competition and Fun Run for Palestine registration will be open from 1st October to 1st November 2024. More details will be shared soon.
7. What is the Grand Prize for the lucky draw, and how can I enter?
Our lucky draw offers the chance to win a Vespa PX150 as the Grand Prize! More details will be shared closer to the event date.
8. When is the deadline for merchandise pre-orders?
The deadline for pre-orders is 15th November 2024. Make sure to place your orders by then to pick them up at the event.
9. How can I collect my pre-ordered merchandise?
Pre-ordered merchandise can be collected at the designated merchandise booth during the event. Please bring your confirmation email or order number for pickup.
10. Can I return or exchange event merchandise?
Merchandise can only be exchanged for sizing issues, subject to availability, at the event. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
11. Will merchandise be available for purchase at the event?
Yes, there will be merchandise booths at the event where you can purchase items, but availability may be limited, so we encourage pre-ordering.
12. Can I still order merchandise after the event?
Yes, any remaining merchandise will be subject to availability for sale post-event until stocks run out. However, pre-ordering before 15th November 2024 guarantees you'll get your desired items, which can be collected at the event.
13. What is the vendor registration process, and when is the deadline?
Vendor registration will open on 1st October 2024 and close on 1st November 2024. Interested vendors can apply via our website under the Vendor Registration section. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early sign-ups!

17. What is the cost for camping at the event?
Camping costs RM50, which includes a 3-day and 2-night stay per person at the campsite during the Monsoon Camp Gathering.
18. Can I bring friends to stay with me at the campsite?
Yes, you can bring friends to stay with you at the campsite. However, they will need to pay the RM25 fee for the 3-day event pass, even if they are sharing your tent.
19. Do I need to bring my own tent and camping gear?
Yes, attendees are responsible for bringing their own tents, sleeping bags, and other camping equipment. Make sure to come prepared for a fun outdoor adventure!
20. Are there specific rules for the campsite?
Yes, campers must follow the designated rules which include keeping the area clean, and following any safety guidelines provided by event staff.
21. Can I reserve a specific spot at the campsite?
Campsite spots are first-come, first-served upon arrival. Early check-in is recommended to secure a preferred location.
22. Is there parking available for campers?
Yes, there is designated parking near the campsite. However, vehicles are not allowed to park directly at the camping area for safety reasons.
